Why can’t I edit my application even though it has the status “Received”?

As described in the article: How do I edit my application after submitting it?, you can withdraw your application and then modify it while it is still in the “Received” status.

If you are unable to withdraw your application within the application deadline even though it is still in the “Received” status, please ensure that you are in the application portal in which you submitted this application.

If you submitted your application via sam-application-registration.hwr-berlin.de and your view does not offer the option to withdraw your application, you are probably logged in to sam-application.hwr-berlin.de by mistake.
